Or ... just in case you're a sandbox junkie and don't want any interference by griefers and other lowlifes, consider going premium and enjoy some of the nice and almost always empty premium sandboxes. Dee Linden is listed as the owner, and public building is turned off and auto-return is set to 0 (none).
