an avatar is using an unauthorized viewer and i can not ban them from my land or report them.

An avatar is using an unauthorized viewer and I can not ban them from my land or report them. I own the region full rights I can only find the avatars name in a search for people but it wont show up in a search for region ban or to file a report on them, or group land bans. They are also using 10 bots on there region how do i report them for all of this

If you don't know the name of the Resident, use "Governor Linden" in the Abuse Report.

Tip: If you don't know the offender's name, choose "Governor Linden" as a placeholder and explain in the report details.
