I appear to have a major sound bleed issue...

I've been on second life for nearly the past three years, with voice active the whole time. Just recently, my friends have noticed a large sound bleed issue where it seems like my stereo mix is active on my voice, without voice registering sound being produced and without a notable way to show its happening. In otherwords, there is no way to tell its happening without a trial and error run, and every time, It's been me. I've had stereo mix completely disabled, and voice itself is set to PTT. I've cleared my cache with no fix.

Do I need to reinstall or do I need to go further?
