because I can not save photos on my hard drive? closes the program

hello before had no problem with taking pictures with shadows, but today when trying to save the photo on my hard drive, I close the program.
photos that previously took up to 22Mb without problems today do you deal with the lowest quality 1.0 mb (with or without shadows) or less and the problem still exits.
and delete the program and reinstall root, wipe cache, but the problem persists, I would appreciate orient where is the problem
