Can't Post an even for a parcel you rent??

Tried to post an event and my parcel isnt showing up.   I have it set to show in the PLACES section of SL  but can't create an event for it?  I'm in the land group and everything.

being in the land group isn't enough your group role has to allow you to post events if it doesn't ask the group owner to select it to your role
