Kind Hearted Rentals has a 64x64 (4096 sq meter) sky platform for rent.  It would come with 1031 prims and you can name the parcel whatever you like.  Have your own stream.  Noone would be above you or below you.  

$1300 a week.   This is an amazing deal.  It won't last long.  Usually a standard 4096 parcel only gives you 937 prims but this comes with 1031!!!!
