Hello fellow SLers!

I am trying to create a quadruped avatar in Blender Avastar.  I've been able to successfully rig it,  mostly.   Though I've changed the mesh and rig to be standing in a quadruped position (spine horizontal, legs down), when I upload it to SL, it wants to orient the spine vertical, legs sticking right out in front.  Any ideas on how I can fix that?

You may want to override your default poses, because they will not work with Quadrupped meshes. An easy way to test is to create a simple pose for your mesh. As far as i remember, you only need to create one single key frame, then export that as a one frame animation and specify an endless animation loop... something along that line.

In the long term you wil probably want to create all animations for your mesh as well. At the end that is the main purpose for Avastar :) and still the least documented part, i must admit.
