Can phoenix users see multiple tattoo layers worn by other avatars

Phoenix viewer does not support multiple tatoo layers, so a Phoenix user cannot wear any more than one tattoo layer at a time. But can Phoenix users see multiple tatoo layers worn by other avatars, or can they only see one tattoo layer?

They should be able to - currently, avatars are "baked" by the owner's viewer as combined textures of the head, torso and legs using all the layers worn and then sent to the servers. These "baked" copies on the servers are what other people see - they don't see the actual individual clothing layers. If the baking viewer can support multiple tattoo layers everyone gets a copy of that avatar with the graphics from all the worn layers combined, including all the tattoo layers.
