0 Venus Petrov
Have you checked to make sure that your computer meets the minimum/recommended system requirements? https://secondlife.com/my/support/system-requirements/?lang=en-US Have you rebooted your router/modem? When you download viewers, you should make sure that the cache files are kept in separate directories/folders. For example, if you download/install the Firestorm viewer and then want to install it again, make sure that you do a fresh install. http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/doku.php?id=clean_reinstall The above instructions on doing a clean install are good for most viewers. You did not indicate that you see a message when the viewer(s) crash. Is there a message?
