I need help plz ;-)

under my acc Queenvampire42 Dagger

I have no voice  what so ever

& NO IT IS NOT MY PC!!!

because  I did a scan disk & a defrag & a antivitis check,

every thing on my end,..

when I am off sl my pc runs fine!! when I come on & still nothing...

I even did a ccharacter test at least if not  10 times

I even did a refresh on voice in pref too (nodda)

I have alts & voice works fine on them

I dk what has happend........

we r aloud to voice  on the land I am living  on.....

but I just dont get it

I am how ever filling a ticket on this matter......

I have been on sl!!

I'm not sure what the problem is.

In many instances, lag, or a firewall is the problem.

A link to the Knowledge base, you could look it over whilst you wait for additional replies.

Hi Queenvampire,

You can try to uninstall the viewer completely and reinstall.

 

If that doesn't fix it:

 - Which viewer are you using?

 - Do you use the same viewer with every alt?

 - Do you (or did you ever) have more than one of your avatars logged on at the same time?

 - Do you see that white dot above your head to indicate you have voice active?
