unable to upload custom mesh

Despite my profile telling me my payment information is on file, and the IP tutorial is complete, I still cannot upload any of my own .dae files. A NOTE message pops up telling me i do not have rights to upload mesh models. I have enough funds, and am in the Aditi grid in an area that should let me upload. Also, i competed the payment information and IP tutorial over three days ago, so I doubt it is an issue with updating my status.

You have to complete the IP tutorial for both grids - Agni AND Aditi.

Follow the link in the upload dialog when you are on Aditi, and you will be taken to the tutorial for the beta grid.

ETA: If you have completed the tuts for both grids, I suggest filing a ticket (but I don't know what category it belongs under).
