iow you want people to send mass tps to their friends several times a day, apparently not caring about the real qualities of your staff.

That's a quick way to lose friends for the DJ/host and a very quick way to lose customers for the venue...

Just about every club does that, push their employeed to drum up business. I don't believe I said anything about flooding spam. Most people on my friends list know what I do and don't get hostile as long as they are not flooded with unnecessary spamming. I am VERY picky in whom I will hire, if they do not passt my scrutiny then they will not be employed regardless of how many people they know.
