Sonic character base avatar shop's in game location?

I heard there iis a place in-game that sells stuff that will help me make my original character. One of them being the Sonic character avatar base, which apparently, is not sold in the marketplace. Anybody know of an in-game shop that sells such things?

Try searching for Lobster Cat Designs or Blades Sanctum. I remember getting av bases from one of those spots.

nvm, I found a place that's linked to Lobster Cat Designs store, ingame version, and I found the base for sale! Problem is, it costs the same as the cheapest Sonic avatars of good quality. Figures. I'm going to need to think about this one....
