Market Place item wont activate

I tried going through Several different methods on activating my shirt i want to sell. It just don't seem to want to activate for some reason and im kinda needing to get that started so i can finally make money in this what seems to be a barren game for up coming designers. :/

maybe you have forgotten to select the category

I have tried several times to get my listings into active state. tthe button wont click on and the inactive button us grey not blue. i have all the proper items checked and filled including catagory maturity related item ect. i have checked and rechecked everything. what can I do? is it a glitch? do I have to reopen a store?
