Rigged mesh no longer working

I haven't tried uploading rigged mesh for a couple of months now, but in the past I haven't had any real issues.

Now though, when I try to upload rigged mesh, everything looks fine until the very last stage.
 Even the preview in the upload window shows the mesh rigged to the avatar, but after upload it's completely unrigged and acts like a "normal" mesh.

This is even the case for objects that used to upload just fine before.

All my models are made in 3ds Max.

It happens on both Aditi and Agni, using the latest official LL viewer.

Rigged mesh that is in my inventory works just fine.

I am kind of lost, that doesn't happen very often :)

First time I tried uploading a rigged mesh. And I am getting the same results. Everything looks fine until the very last stage. Even the upload preview looks fine. But in inworld its not rigged!

Maybe grids are under maintenance? Anyone else having problems with uploading rigged meshes???

Ok, since obviously nobody has answers unfortunately....

Can someone have a look at the dae files I am creating? Or can someone post a dae file I can try to upload to see if it works? A simple rigged cylinder would be enough. That last thing should narrow down the search. If possible a dae not created in 3ds max.
