Serching for high traffic

I have no idea where in the forum I should put this thread and this question, so I hope it's okay to write it here ..

I have a shop with clothes and skin, my main store is located in our own SIM, but as it is military theme we have in our SIM's , I sorta do not sell many dresses (Pilots do not want to wear galla dresses for some reason) * giggles 
Therefor I am seching for a piece of land, not too big. Where I can put a smaller version of my shop (or even just vendors), but I only want a place with high traffic, preferably somewhere with other stores.
I have searched in vain for a long time and therefore seek help here if possible.
I do not need much, What would fit me would be a price that is fair and maybe 300-600 prims, all depending on location .. But the very locationen is most important (= the traffic).
