Buy a new one is all you can do. Since you gave it to him willfully there is no wrong doing here. Also be aware that LL does not get involved in resident to resident disputes.

As far as I know, zooby babies are transferable. Did you give your baby to your fiancé? Did he have perms on her? If he has her in his inventory and won't give her back to you, I am afraid you are out luck Hannah. These babies being no copy, you can't even contact the creator to get another one. Other than speaking with your fiancé and try to settle down whatever went wrong between the two of you, there is pretty much nothing you can do, I am sorry... (No need to say that if he refuses to give the baby back, that would seem to me a real reason to divorce, block/mute and ignore such a gross person)
