Men are F'ing creeps when it comes to relationships. In SL it is better to make sure you get some linden love in the process of acting like you care about them.

The best one can hope for in an SL relationship is to hop on the poseballs and try to block out the fact that they are probably not real pretty/handsome in RL.

To the OP - just remember that if you knew who this guy was in RL that you loved, you would probably be horrified. You know that feeling when your guts feel like they are sinking? His wife probably caught him red-handed in the act. That is probably the only reason he had to break off the relationship. It is not your fault!

Storm talks about being some cassanova. I imagine the women he romanced must have been real naive. And talking about "not charging them", if a guy approached ME and trying to sell himself for L$, I would love it, that would become the butt of a LOT of jokes for me and my best friend in SL who is as bad as I am.

For butt's I charge extra, and friends or alts I get percentages of the gross.

Not just men, women can be just as bad.

that also applies to the women we "hop on the poseballs with." How many of them are super sexy 10s with a body like a porn star? less than .0001%?

Wow, perhaps she should not have gotten involved with someone that was married in RL in the first place? How do you think his wife feels about the OP? Hatred and revulsion perhaps?

Some people can handle a SL relationship and keep it there, some can't.

Relationships come and go in second life. There are very few that make it even that long. You shouldnt dwell on omg i lost him or what ever, but instead be happy it lasted even that long. Most relationships here last from 2 weeks too 3 months. A small percentage lasts from 1-3 years due to any given reason. You should take time to explroe second life culture. Thats what im doing to keep from getting bored.

Just wanted to say congrats to OP for her 2 year partnership/wedding anniversary - & many more
:)

Somehow I think you did not read what the rest of us read....

"Dang i gave it all..... but he still was married.... why dose it feel like he took my heart out and stamped it.....when I knew he was married all along.... Im such a fool omg...maybe i should leave sl I have now control over my better judgement  here know I have a pain in my heart that that is unbearable....here is where every one can say told you so...."

She was in a SL relationship for two years when the guy broke it off suddenly... Why would you wish her many more like that?

Because her sl profile shows her partnered, Aug 22/12 was their 2 year anniversay.

I didn't read the OP say they ended their relationship.  Sorry if this is what has occurred - maybe they got back together???

OK I re-read her profile and his.  Quoted from his:  'Two years we celibrate our Anniversary, still strong as the first day you accepted my as your loyal partner.  22nd August 2012."

I apologize if I am misreading ... again, maybe re-united?

Thanks ! For all your responds I so agree too... with you all.I have been trying to deal with this in real life the best i can.We have decided to keep our avis partnered in sl.do to that we have a great partnership in all we do in sl .But  we are going to be friends in rl.

The thing about life is we cant stop who we fall in love with. Good or bad. But we do need to think of all the others that are effected by us falling in love. And do what is right by them. That is our full plan at this point.

Thank you agin
