IM spams from a lost object

I want to stop IM spam from a missing object. I have updated it and have searched for it. My IMs are always capped because of it. What can I do?

If you click on the name of the object as it appears in your Chat History window, it should tell you exactly where the object is.  Go to the spot and use your normal range of powers (CTRL+Alt+T to highlight transparent objects, or CTRL+Shift+Alt+N to engage beacons so you can select Scripted Objects, for example).
