Hi, since a few days I have this message when I try to edit my Linden home:

Sorry, I have no idea what's wrong with your Linden Home, but as you have a premium membership, I would contact support via Live Chat If I were you. (Help > Contact Support > Live Chat).
If they can't help you there is still the possibility to submit a ticket (If you open a new support case choose "Land & Region" - "Linden Homes Issues"). I hope your problem will be solved as soon as possible.

This could be a glitch in the built-in web browser. Quit SL. Install a different browser on your computer (Firefox, Chrome, Opera...) and make it your default one. Log back in and when clicking on the controls panel choose "open in my web browser". You should be able to access the controls.

If it does not fix it, start a Live Chat to fix your issue.

I am having the exact same problem with the Linden Home Control. A message pops up that there is a techincal difficulty. How can I access the controller? What is the problem?
