Exclusive Old-World Marina! (west facing beach / water land) For 'discerning' residents :)

Hello everyone!

I have some ultranice parcels available for rent in my Caddo marina. All of these old-world parcels have water-access out to protected Lost Lakes area, and LL road access via the private roads I've built.

I intend for this sim to be rather 'exclusive.' Please respect the ground level appearance. I'd like to keep the ground/water level for things like boats, houses and shops or other structures with a good 'aesthetic.' ie...please keep unfinished builds over 400m in the sky. :)

Most parcels are 64mX64m, and there's one 96mX64m. The parcel footprint won't change, but more prims are available-just IM me :)
