This is a resident to resident Answers/Forum.

You should be able to verify your age officially by clicking on the Second Life icon (the eye in the hand) at the top left hand side of this screen, and there on the left hand side of the next screen will be options to take you into your account, and age verification process.

It might be very straightforward for you.

However, if you do have any problems, please click on the link in valerie's post "...create_case" to submit a support ticket directly to the good people who are officially employed by Linden Lab.
