Why is my display name in my profile feed replaced with someone's username on certain posts?

So, apparently my feed is messed up...my display name on all of my posts on my feed prior to today have been changed to someone else's username (mirella.artful), and one post has been added which states that I, evidently, changed my display name to "LelenyLoka Demonia", which never happened. In addition, my profile pic was changed. However, when I tried making a post today, it came up with my own display and username, though the profile pic was still different (despite the fact that the picture itself does not exist in my inventory or on my pc).

Additional details:

I apparently am not the only person who has this problem as at least two other people have made inquiries on the substituted username's profile, complaining about the same issue.Prior to today, I never noticed this issue...though I have not logged in for the past day or so. In any case, this seems to be a recent issue.

My biggest questions are: what is happening, why, and how can I fix it?

It is a glitch that is happening because something is messed up but there is nothing you can do about it.

It has happened before and it gets fixed eventually but it has nothing to do with any settings on your side.

It's happened to mine too - its all mixed up with someone else's profile!
