why i cant start session in sl and i see a message of error but i can sign in the second life web ?

i cant start session in sl today , i see a message of error , but i try to sign in on the web page and i can correctly , why in the second life chat not ?

Rolling restarts may take quite a while.  My own home sim has been off line for about 2 hours now.   Just be patient.
