My account suddenly switched off from adult and I now can't switch it back.

I was running around an adult sim then suddenly crashed and I am now not able to view adult sims due to my rating. Which I now cannot switch back to adult. Is there a fix for this?

Could you always go to adult sims before?

if so did you log in to the sl website to see if it does ask you if your an adult?

by filling in that small thing it will ask  you if this person is you and if the birthdate is correct.

Once done that you should be able to go in adult places again.

Linden Lab does log avatars off at times but if age misrepresentation is suspected, the Lab places a hold on the account until proof of age is submitted.

What does your Dashboard say? Is it open to age verify again, does it say you already have or is it blocked from age verifying?

Have you payment info on file as that also allows entry to adult sims.

It may have something to do with the fact that Age Verification has disappeared from Account on our Dashboards but I really don't know as I just discovered this.  http://community.secondlife.com/t5/Account/help-adult/qaq-p/1594629

I seem to have this same problem. I could access Adult content yesterday but today I cannot. Checking Preferences->General->"I want to access content rated" I no longer have Adult as an option. Weirdly enough, I can still access Adult content in the web marketplace...

On secondlife.com, when logged in, I do not have Age verification under the Account menu and trying https://secondlife.com/my/account/verification.php redirects me to knowledge base article http://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Age-restricted-content/ta-p/700021, which was revised today by Jeremy Linden. Maybe they changed something which affected the whole content rating system in an unforeseen way. Such ineptitude wouldn't surprise me.

"I just got off of a live chat with concierge support.  From now on, to age verify, you must open a ticket and send a photo copy of your legal identification.  This effect is cascading and will, eventually, affect all residents."
