The Firestorm viewer has a Phantom option that you can turn in to make your avatar impossible to shove.   If anyone tries, he just moves right through you.   There is a catch, though.   You can't move.  So, the option is fine if you are standing in one spot and trying to frustrate a bad guy, but not if you plan on enjoying a normal life in SL.  There are few scripted tools in SL that do the same thing as Firestorm's Phantom option, but they have the same limitation.  And they cost L$.

The best way to avoid being shoved around is just to sit down.  On anything.  Once you're seated, you're immobile.  Then just ignore the bozos till they get tired and go away.

Take a look at this long article on ideas for dealing with griefers (or just annoying people) >>> https://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/User:Fr43k_Paine/Dealing_With_Griefers .  They ought to help.

@DaMesh --  This thread is over two and a half years old by now and the Firestorm viewer has indeed reinstalled an updated version of its movelock (CTRL + Alt + P) now.  Thanks for the addition.  The "official" Linden Lab viewer still doesn't have that feature, however.
