Items were ordered but I did not receive lindens for both items.

Question

Today a customer (Zinti) purchased from me the following items:

AI7200 Interactive CDJ System & Dock [Mod/Copy] 2.0 71368386 Delivered L$0 Paid Zinti
George Carlin - Seven Words [Long] 71368387 Delivered L$60 Paid Zinti

I received the L$60 for the gesture, however the L$0 promotion for the AI7200 Interactve Decks ended on Sunday, July 1, 2012. The effective price of the AI7200 as of Sunday is L$500. Both my records and Zint's records indicate that the amount paid was L$0. I am not going to hold Zinti accountable for this issue as of yet, as I do believe this was a marketplace error. I do however, want to know where my money went?

Your best bet is to file a ticket under "marketplace issues", in agreement with Zinti who might as well file a ticket of his own as a support to your request, as both of you seem to be in total agreement and good faith. Good luck to you both. :smileyhappy:
