Linux : Linux: viewer not starting (thread 2)

hi, i start a new thread because the other thread with the same issue started 6 month before and i realize my post is not readed so...
i installed a 32Bits linux 3 distro with non-free Nvidia drivers
i tried to launch SL viewer (and third party also with the same issue) the window opening and close immediately.
after i've tried with some command line options but no changes
Asus Eeepc 1201n : Atom N330@2GHz / Nvidia ION 512Mo
all viewers work fine on linux 2.6 distros but not working on linux 3.x actualy i use Debian Sid

Skip the 32 bit viewers and get a good 64 bit one. Imprudence/Kokua 64 bit Versions

I'm using imprudence 1.4.0 experimental. and it works great.

its a better viewer that i've found since last night. I'd go with it for sure right now. Been using it all day with excellent results.

Start SL via command line (terminal) and it will show you the error message and this will help you troubleshoot it further.

When upgrading from Ubuntu 12.04 to Ubuntu 12.10 Secondlife viewers do not work, anyone have any idea how to fix it.? Thank you.

Hi, you are probably being hit by the fontconfig trouble. Second Life expects an older version than the one that ships in Quantal.

See Kephra Nurmi's comment on JIRA bug STORM-1854 for a workaround. I keep a folder with old libraries like this near my viewers, so I can copy/paste them in on any new update or install.

I figured a way to make Second Life client run in Ubuntu / Xubuntu / Lubuntu 12.10 32-bit, by fixing the fontconfig issue, until Linden Lab fixes the client:
