Cant tp into our sim Idyllwilde! Tried resetting sim twice but without any luck ! Can you help please? have live shows to do tonight ! thank you thank you thank you !

The sim is on line and there are two people there, but it is inaccessible.  File a support ticket now at https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/ .  Use the category Land & Region >> Report an Offline Region.   Those requests usually get quick response. If you are a Premium member, you can get an even  quicker response by contacting Live Chat.  BTW, if you can guess who the two people on the sim are, try sending them an IM and see if they can TP you in.
