Need a 1024 SQM piece of land for new shop

Hey guys, Im looking for a 1024 sqm piece of land that has in the 400 prims and can fit my Prefab shop which is 22 x 32.8 m meaning my land should be longer than it is wide. I would also like a nice area with other shops / city around not a whole mess of random land if possible. As for rent, id like a normal/reasonable price please since Im just starting out and don't have too much to spare. Thanks! Please message me asap. Also traffic would be nice :) ty

Standard prims on a 1024 is about 234, so, you're going to need to be looking for double prim mainland, or private land.
