Maddison Mokeev Posted June 11, 2012 Share Posted June 11, 2012 Hey all. For administrative reasons, I'd like one of my alts to become the "official" owner of my full sim. Now, here is my concern. How do I avoid all the objects on the sim being returned to me. I want to remain the owner of all those objects.Is it possible to keep the sims " group owned" status? Thinkerer Melville Posted June 11, 2012 Share Posted June 11, 2012 My experience: the group continues to own the sim and objects set to the group will not be returned. You can be safer by also setting autoreturn to zero, turning it off. You can set the parcel controls so that only group members can rez. Amethyst Jetaime Posted June 12, 2012 Share Posted June 12, 2012 If you want your alt to be the estate owner, you'll have to sell the estate rights to it and probably pay the transfer fee as its as much work for LL to do this as it is if you sold it to another person.
