Avitar is really pale on the chest, arms and hands and the rest of it is normal skin color.

When changing clothes the skin on my avitar suddenly turned super pale on the chest, arms and hands.  Everything else is the normal color of the tanned skin that I am wearing.  I have cleared cache, done character test, rebaked textures, changed avitars(this is the same on other avitars I have except for a lycan avitar).  Please help!

Welcome to the crowd.  The bug you are experiencing is described in this JIRA >>> https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/VWR-28954?  .  There's a fix coming.  Meanwhile, you can fix it yourself by disabling Basic Shaders in Preferences >> Graphics.  It's a bit ugly, but it works.  You can also try using the latest Second Life Beta Viewer 3.3.3.258769, which works for some people>>> https://secondlife.com/support/downloads/?lang=en-US (Click on the Beta viewer download).
