Im trying to sell lindens

i have been trying to sell lindens that i have worked hard for in the game and it keeps saying my daily limit for selling is $0.00  and someone had told me that i needed to purchas lindens to raise the amount so i did and it still says that my trading limit is $0.00  

what do i need to do in order to sell lindens?
