No version of Phoenix supports the Merchant Outbox. Merchants will need to use Firestorm to submit their products to the SL Marketplace. The folder may exist in your inventory, but it will be non-functional.

I don't understand what you are trying to do. I have already explained that Phoenix does not have a Merchant Outbox. You cannot use Phoenix to upload items to Marketplace for Direct Delivery. You will need to use Firestorm or the V3 viewer.
