Bought premium, been about an hour now and still no free 1000 Linden, What's the issue?

You'll have to wait a little longer.  The $L1,000 bonus is paid after 45 days of Premium membership.  The $L300 weekly stipend is paid on Tuesdays...you may have missed out on today's payment and have to wait a week for that.
