That is usually a transient problem related to the region. Log into another regions and see if it corrects.

If it doesn't, check your connection before you start trying tedious or drastic solutions. Use these step to find if there is a problem over looked by most other tests: Troubleshoot Your #SL Connection.

Also when you ask a tech question include information about your computer and viewer. Get the info from the viewer's Help-About... and paste that into your post with your question. To add your info to an existing question use OPTIONS->EDIT. It’s in the upper right of your post.
