You have found a well-known bug that is affecting many people in Linden Homes >>> Problem of not being able to rez on my land continues  . The problem is that the servers are having a hard time telling where the edge of your parcel is, so they think you are trying to rez things on your neighbor's land. Until Linden Lab technicians find a cure, the best solution is to try rezzing items as close to the center of your home as you can.  This may take some practice.  Try rezzing a simple cube over and over and over and over again until you find a spot near the center of your home where it works.  Then rez anything else at the same spot and drag it to where you want it.
