How do i save my viewer settings?

currently using the official viewer from Linden. I noticed then when i log in after being offline, my settings are all back at default. Is there a way to save them all?

The best way I have found is. After you set  your settings up. Immediately restart your viewer. this will make your settings stick better.

If you crashed without restarting then the settings will not save..
