SL crashing on start up

I see you added some info to your original post but not really enough.

Look up your laptop on Google and post  the specifications if you don't know them.

Have you logged into Second Life successfully before or is this your first time?

Have you installed and tried the official Second Life viewer? Did the same thing happen?

At a guess I'd say your laptop graphics card is failing or failed. Can you run any other games that require a graphics card rather than onboard graphics? If so, is your graphics card working ok or not?

I am having the same issue, Not getting an error message at all, it will load to the log in page but even then not fully, and then just crash down. I don't even get the chance to log in. And i have been playing SL for a year so this PC is no the issue.

But i have a intel i5 core windows 7 and a ATI mobility Radeon HD 550V

So can anyone tell me what the issue is, i can get other things to work on my pc just not SL and i was on it fine just last night

( I was also running a MIRC program on my PC when i was trying to log in....When i shut that down, SL came up just fine)
