Adobe Flash Player IN SL?

Hello :)

I just bought 3 tvs on the marketplace, and one computer. They were all freebies. They work perfectly, but I have one problem. Each time I want to listen to a music video on my SL tv or computer, they ask me do download adobe flash player. Not a problem, but when I click "download" a new page appears: Frame load interrupted by policy change.

I'm on a free land for 15 days. I have no idea what this message means and how to download adobe flash player on SL... If anyone knows, it would help me a lot ^^ !! thx! :)

Try downloading and installing the Flash player plugin for the Firefox web browser.

(I don't even think you need to actually have Firefox on your computer.)

In order to play Flash format videos (eg YouTube videos), you must have the generic Adobe Flash plugin installed. If you use IE as your web browser and already have Flash, you will need to get the generic Flash plugin; see here. linux users need to have gstreamer installed, with the “bad” plugin set.

I used on both Debian and Ubuntu and installed current flash. I liked this over all the distro packaging just to obtain flash plugins.

Thanks to the people who answered this! !  Was going out of my mind to work this out!  Pays to look for answers on the forums!

Can be in SL now and use the TV viewer function to look at the net!
