I have checked all the money I have spent and it does not equal out to the amount that I had, also a few days ago it said I had 4000 in linden then when I signed on yesterday it was down to 65 I would likeIif you would plz  check into it and to let me know where the money went to  .I do know my bank statement shows 20.96 took out from second life ...but no linden is showen ..money took out on the 23 of May..plz help thnx you........barbidollez2@yahoo.com

$20.96 taken from your bank account (the real life one I assume) is an odd number.  That's not quite the quarterly premium payment and way over the monthly.  Fist thing to do (and do it now.....don't waste time answering here in the forums) is to change your password.  Next thing to do is to call billing support, file a support ticket telling LL that you suspect your account is has been compromised.  If necessary, call your bank and stop all payments to Linden Lab until you figure out who (or how) the $20.96 was taken out of your real life account.

And, if you have given any personal information to someone (specifically your SL password) let LL know who that was.
