i can't rezz any object in my Linden Home : Can't rez object at { 216.178, 84.9748, 63.7149 } because the owner of this land does not allow it.  Use the land tool to see land ownership. but the owner is me , lol

There's a well-recognized bug >>> Wrong parcel name used with 'Can't rez object .. because the owner of this land does not allow it' error message   Until the Linden technicians figure out a way to fix it, the best solution is to try and rez in the exact center of your parcel and then move whatever you rez.  You'll have to experiment a bit to find the center.  Try rezzing a simple cube prim over and over and over until you find a place where it works.  You ought to be able to rez other things there and then drag them where you want them.
