why when i enter in second life site linden request me a premium payment? 
i have a BASE accoutn, no lands, BUT Linden try to ask me some money,

I have deleted credit card from my account, before every month, as i find, they subtract me money.

I'm wondering, though, if you own any land which prevent you to downgrade from premium to basic? Also deeded land you are accountable for?
