Search Not working in new Viewer

I'm teaching my RL class using SL.  My students who have new accounts using the new viewer are not able to use Search.  Is there a reason for this?  I can't duplicate the problem by creating a new account because I already have the new viewer and I can access search.

Anyone else have this problem?

Can you describe the problem in more detail?

One thing I can think of...if your students aren't Age Verified, their Search will only turn up items with a General rating.

If your students are very young, 13-15, and operating in one of the restricted, supervised areas for this age group, Search is disabled entirely.

You also need to have QuickTime and Adobe Flash plugin for Firefox installed for SL to work properly.  Not sure if their lack affects Search, though.
