If you're asking whether or not you can transfer L$s that LL gives you to play with on the Beta grid to the Main grid... the answer is no.

When you visit the Aditi (beta) grid, Linden Lab gives you L$25,000 to use only on that grid.  You cannot transfer it to the main grid and you cannot sell those L$ to get USD.  They are essentially a play money method of giving you "free" uploads while you are testing.  If you need more, you can always ask for them.
