Market, Unable To Access Merchant Tools

Hi,  for the past few days when go the Market web page then click the link at the top that says My Marketplace to access my store account it will not do anything.  I have some new items I need to list but I cant access my store account.  Is anybody else having this problem?   Has something changed and Im not aware of it?

Me too!  I cannot access my merchant box (account) at all!!! Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
