HELP..... for some reason i cant rez in my new linden home

I am having trouble in my linden home it either gives me and error saying land owner does not allow or it will let me click and drop and the item never shows up. i am watching my prims closely and using only low prim items. do i have a setting wrong or something cause my BF and best friend have no issues?
