Just wondering what it actually means, and what does those two thing do?

At https://my.secondlife.com/kwajkid and in world in your profile is a "Feed" kind of like twitter/facebook . Users can follow your feed as well as you can follow other residents feed.

If you follow residents. you will see all of their posts within your own feed

You basically share what you are doing and or anything about your SL in your feed. Post images and locations.

Just another social networking tool for residents to get connected and share

Thanks, Man! I looked and looked on the "My SL" site and could not for the life of me figure out how to follow someone. I was trying to figure it out because a perfect stranger started following me out of the blue and I couldn't figure out how she did it! I know now that you must have to see that person and or pull up their profile somehow. Thanks!
