I have prem account 9.95 but have a additional charge of 9.98 for Lindx why when it costs .30 to L$

I have recently noticed two transaction fees one being my normal monthly account fee for 9.95 a month but also am seeing a fee rate of 9.98 for Lindx exchange what is this and why am I being charged for itif linden rates are 0.30 each transactions that would be a lot of lindens I am buying and I may spend for the to five transactions a month  please help me find the reason fo rthe extra charge.
