Unknown problem with the login

I have just installed the game, but when I try to login it show the following error: "Login failed. Despite our best efforts, something unexpected has gone wrong." While I was logging for a first time, a message popped out. It said it is missing something (file?) that is connected with my video (I just couldn't remember it exactly). Unfortunately, I clicked on the "Don't show it again" box and I can't see what is the missing file.

I think this is the problem, but, please, can you help me to enter in the game?

I have checked the system requirements before the installing the game and I have a pretty good connection. I also reinstalled the latest Quicktime and Flash versions and plugins. So I looked the viewer's log and I will post the warning that I found:

Check that your computer meets the System Requirements | Second Life.

When you ask a tech question include information about your computer and viewer. If the viewer will at least show the login screen, get the info from the viewer's Help-About... and paste that into your post with your question. To add your info to an existing question use OPTIONS->EDIT. It’s in the upper right of your post.

Initial login problems are usually either form a poor connection or a computer that does not meet the minimum specs.

You can test your connection: Troubleshoot Your #SL Connection

You can clear the viewer's settings and probably get the opening error message again. The file you need to wipe is: C:\User\[win_login_ID]\AppData\Roaming\SecondLife\user_settings\setting.xml

OR...

You can look in the viewer log file to see what is failing. The log is here: 
C:\User\[win_login_ID]\AppData\Roaming\SecondLife\logs\SecondLife.log

That is a text file. So, you can open it with most any editor. Start at the end of the file and work toward the beginning looking for warnings and errors.

depends on the os i get the same message but my game runs im useing parrot linux some times you just play with it copy past to teminal or drag and drop other ditros of linux are set diffrently so there more then one viwer out there i use alchemy i get the same error but game will run avoiding the error
